Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom laser engraved items.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • Send your request to [your email address]

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every item is made to order with custom personalization, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Items that have been used

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted.
