2. Custom & Personalized Orders

All products sold by Lasting Mark Co. are custom-made to order. By submitting your personalization details at checkout, you confirm that:

  • All information provided (names, dates, text, artwork) is accurate and approved for engraving
  • You have the rights to any logos or artwork submitted
  • You understand that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect information submitted by the customer

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production times vary by product and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification when it ships.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Lasting Mark Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds
