Processing Time

All Lasting Mark Co. products are custom made to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will be provided in your tracking information. Lasting Mark Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at lastingmarkco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
